Can I just add a "me to" to all the other well deserved glowing comments? James is tireless in the pursuit of making things run properly. He's a magician and a fanatic of the best possible sort. He should charge tons of money for what he does and this is my vote that he should! Or at least something. And if he doesn't because he is too modest and altruistic make sure you take care of this him he's one of the good guys! No request I had was too large or too small and was followed up until the problem was solved. I kept telling him not to hurry and that he could put me at the bottom of the list because I have other things I can do. But I never felt that he actually did that. Every response was completed in record time. His time is very valuable now due to his life situation but that strong need to help others always comes shining through. God bless you, James. Not surprisingly, I found him through the recommendation of a fellow internet denizen for whom he had performed his magic earlier. After I had done something incredibly stupid (moved my website, on which I host a WordPress blog, to a new URL without transferring the database), James managed to help me recovery it, make sure the new installation was up and running perfectly and then do a WordPress upgrade. Throughout, he was courteous, information and gentle with some of my dumb questions. All of this was achieved in a matter of hours, with an overnight interim to make sure all was well before taking the final steps. Had I been left to my own devices, it might have taken weeks...and still not be done. He is very good, very fast and highly recommended. James is incredible.
